FAQ/OTHER INFO

Let's start with the obvious... yes, we accept demos.  However, we ask that you take a few moments to familiarize yourself with the types of bands we work with.  To be perfectly honest with you, we don't listen to "all" the demos.  Sometimes a band name is too stupid or the band is just too awkward looking and we don't open it.  Try not to look like a jerk or name your band something stupid before sending to:

Now I know this sounds crazy, but you don't have to call or email us to follow up.  Seriously, if you came by our office and saw what we're really like and what we really do here, you wouldn't give a shit what we thought anyway.  Chances are, you should be standing in judegement of us, not the other way around.
Keep that in mind while applying your hard earned postage.

Sorry girls and boys but marriage proposals are no longer being accepted for Marc, he got married a few years ago.  Update: offspring proposals are no longer being accepted either since his daughter was born.  Marriage proposals for any other staff member should include some kind of hard dollar figure and complete life path diagram.  We open these less frequently than the demos.

If a band is in our "ALUMNI" section then you probably shouldn't contact us looking for information about them.  Our alumni are some of our best friends in the world, but if they're not on the label anymore then we can't do anything.
